Women in Technology

As AI reshapes work, female-dominated roles face a disproportionately higher risk of being automated. But we can't accept that. By fostering a community that supports women shaping the future of talent through technology, we’re ensuring they can lead the reskilling and reinvention of the workforce.

See What We’re Building

Two ways to engage. One shared mission.

A curated leadership council and a broader community designed to elevate women shaping the future of talent through technology.

FAQs

Why is this program targeted to women only?

Women hold a disproportionate number of roles that have the highest risk of AI-driven automation, and they remain significantly underrepresented in the technology leadership shaping that transformation. This creates a compounding disadvantage: those most affected by change have the least influence over how it unfolds.

We're building this community to close that gap; not through exclusion, but through intentional focus. By creating space specifically for women to connect, lead, and shape the future of talent through technology, we're ensuring they have the platform, relationships, and strategic perspective needed to drive workforce reinvention, not just react to it.

This isn't about limiting opportunity. It's about accelerating it where it's needed most. When women lead the conversation on AI and the future of work, everyone benefits from more inclusive, thoughtful, and effective solutions.

What is my commitment by sitting on the council?

As a council member, you'll take part in semi-annual thought leadership events alongside emerging female leaders, and have the chance to speak publicly about the program.

What is my commitment in joining the community?

Our online community is forum-based and open to all Phenom users. This particular space is designed specifically for women in the industry to connect, share ideas, and network. Jump in, get involved, and make the most of it!
