The Women in Technology Council is a highly curated, 1.5-day executive forum for senior women leaders shaping the future of talent and technology. Designed as an intimate working session—not a traditional event—it centers on candid, peer-level dialogue and forward-looking perspective.

We’ve intentionally designed this as a highly curated forum, and invitations are extended to specific leaders based on their experience and perspective. Because of this, we’re not able to offer substitutions—but we hope to include additional leaders from your organization in future opportunities.
A protégé is an emerging female leader within your organization who has demonstrated strong potential and is on a path toward greater influence. She is not entry-level, but rather a high-performing individual—typically at the manager to director level—who is ready to expand her strategic perspective, leadership presence, and impact.
The intent is to pair today’s senior leaders with the next generation, creating shared learning, exposure, and acceleration for both.
